Insight for Healing has been a lifetime in the making but this project really started to take shape 25 years ago when I began my yoga practice with a used VHS tape. In 2019, I completed my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training at the Samadhi Yoga Ashram in Rishikesh, India. Then in 2021, I began my Yoga Therapy training with theYoga Well Institiute with an emphasis on the Viniyoga lineage. Over the years I have lead many classes focusing on health and healing through yoga. Today, I am pleased to say I have a growing cleint base in my budding yoga therapy practice.
